for dinner...

Tonight for dinner I made Cream of Tomato Soup from scratch, mmmmmmm yum! Canned soups are not found in these parts. The closest you get is a packet of powder that you add water to, and still no cream of tomato. I was proud of this accomplishment, Cream of Tomato Soup is probably my favorite, and I've been in a deficit for it for 3 months now. It wasn't appreciated by my dinner partner though.

I also made chicken in a mushroom sauce with rice. I think it turned out rather good, especially considering I didn't have a recipe and made it up as I went.

I spent 3 hours on Skype with Mom tonight, yay!!! So that's all you get tonight, my dinner update.
